"I went tonight for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was amazing. After the pedicure, I was passed off to a Male tech. He was sloppy, and the gel polish was all over my cuticles and onto the sides of my fingers. Rather than do the proper clean up on each coat before curing, at the end he took a nail file to the sides of my nails and ground them inward to fix his mistake. There were also a number of dust bubbles trapped in the layers. At the beginning I had very specifically said that I did not want him to change the length or shape in any way. When I said that the side looked awful, he made a couple different excuses about the polish just always doing that, but it was polish that I've used a multiple different salons, and I have never once had a problem with. My nails looked so awful that I was crying in the salon, and originally asked him to remove all the polish. I instantly changed my mind and told him I'd remove it myself. On the drive home I was able to easily peel it all off (which I should not have been able to do if it was done properly.) This was by far the worst manicure experience I've ever had."
