"I’ve been a customer for over a year and love my manicurist. Problem is the new management. They’re not allowing adequate time to perform services and apparently don’t value their customer’s time. A half hour isn’t enough time for a quality manicure. Yesterday I left work early to arrive on time, only to have to wait 45 minutes!! She did her best while rushing but my nails just aren’t as good as usual. New owners -Please remember that although you’re in this to make money, you’re in a SERVICE ORIENTED business. Don’t lose sight of what’s important to your customers. HONOR APPOINTMENT TIMES and don’t overbook. I don’t want to find a new place and really hope to see a quick change"
