"Worst customer service received. I had an appointment at 2pm and arrived at the shop on time to be greeted with “oh you’re here”... then asked to pick a colour which I did and returned to reception. The lady at reception then says... “I asked you to go and soak your feet” which she hadn’t and I said you asked me to pick a colour... she then said... “you were busy chatting” which was ridiculous as I was waiting at reception with the colour. Then I had my manicure done before p...ainting my nails I went and paid £50 for both. As my nails were dry I asked the lady to check she said it was fine. I collected my belongings and put some lotion on my hands and gave the guy a tip and thanked him. The lady at reception then shouted “excuse me have you paid” I said yes I have paid. She said “who did you pay to?” I said the person who did my nails then her response was “Yeah well he didn’t tell me” she then asked the guy who did my nails and she looked at me and said “okay you can go”... At this point I told the lady she was extremely rude and she had nothing to say and not even apoloise for the way she spoke to me. I went to the salon to be pampered after having my baby 6 months ago... I was very disappointed and will not be returning again... this place has gone downhill over the years! See More"
