"Very disappointed. I was upcharged for the same exact service I received one visit prior. The owner did half the job the last technician did. I asked her to clip but she did horrible. She also rambled on in her native language the entire time in a very complaining tone. Even charged an extra dollar for polish color. I won't be back."
