"I’m beginning to get upset. I’ve been going here for the past 5 years and I’ve always had great service until the last couple of months. This is the 3rd time I’ve went in and had an appointment and have been told they can’t see me. I go all the time on my 2 hour breaks and am beginning to get annoyed. I work all the time and rely on these appointments. I’m not understanding why you can’t take my appointments but you can take other peoples appointments that come in AFTER ME. This is unacceptable and I spend about 100$ there every 2 weeks. You just lost a loyal customer."
