"Worst Customer service I have gotten in my life. I get there and it's hot. A/C wasn't working, then the one lady was rushing me to pick a color for my nails. Then she said with a VERY rude tone and in her broken english 'are you sure about the color, because you can't change your mind once I start'... then she proceeds to file my nails and told me to wash my hands. After washing she proceeds to put a base coat and asked me 'did you wash your hands?' I said, yes, the she asked 'with soap?' yes, I said... then she starts YELLING at me, 'I told you NOT to use soap, and if the polish comes off is YOUR FAULT' I was so surprised about the way she was yelling at me, I didn't know what to do. I have never been treated this way in my life.... I was yelled at. I told her I couldn't do this, and she told me that I could leave if I wanted to.... I still can't believe the way this woman treated me.... I told her I wasted my time going there, and then she replied 'you wasted MY time' Unbelievable... all the customers were so uncomfortable with the way she was treating me... NEVER AGAIN, stay away from this place! This woman has NO clue about customer service. The WORST SALON I HAVE BEEN TO!"
