"Great price for what you get but it comes with horrible customer service and a long wait. You make appointments and still have to wait up to 1 hr and a half to get seated depending on the receptionists and how many walk ins they take ahead of you. I have witnessed a fight between a client and receptionist that happened over the nail tech not wanting to repaint a clients toe nail because according to them she should have gotten gel nail polish. Here the customer is NEVER right and because they are so busy they don't mind loosing cuatomers or being rude. It is literrally a sweat shop in there. Not all nail techs are rude and they do nice work but just know it comes with the price or long waits and bad service"
