"Very disappointed with how owner (Julie) handled a situation. I’m a very loyal customer and I’ve been going to this nail shop for as long as I can remember and most time there is no promblem. I paid for my fill in and pedi on June 1st I walked out and Julie found me in pizzeria next door and told me she didn’t charge enough. I had already paid 70 dollars and tipped 10. She asked for another 10 so I absentmindedly gave it to her. After thinking it over and making calculation I figured I was over charged by mistake. I came back on the 19 ( my birthday) to get my normal fill and pedicure and I let Julie know that I was over charge. She very rudely told me that I was wrong and that she would “break it down” for me in front of all her customers and staff and that the whole situation was my fault. I told her the 10$ wasn’t a big deal and that I was just wanted to let her know I was overcharged. I walked away and she continued to talk about the situation and how I was “wrong” to customers while I was sitting 4 feet away. All in all, i think the situation was handled unprofessional and could have been resolved with a simple “our mistake”."
