"This was the first nail salon I visited when I moved to Alexandria. The prices are extremely high for the quality and customer service you receive. I visited the salon at least half a dozen times. Not once did my gel nails last two weeks, or did my pedicure last two weeks. I was hoping to build a rapport with the ladies there, but lack of conversation/customer service inhibited that from happening. Although I can’t understand the language, it was also evident that they talked about customers which was not a comfortable feeling. Needless to say, I’ve taken my business elsewhere."
