"I have gone to this place for 6 years and have loved the service and it’s a job well done, but today did make me feel like I am going to go elsewhere with my business. I'm very dissappointed in the customer service I received and quality. I understand it was a one nail do over but it now looks almost worst than it did. I called an hour ahead I understand it probably annoying but not a way to treat a long time customer or any customer at all like that."
